Hi All I have just finished combing through the printouts (not screen shots) sent to me under FOA. Its worth noting that within this lot pages heade Application Summary contain the following: Below is one of my examples Date Application Received: 08/09/2003 Application Effective: 08/09/2003 Application Source: Phone Application Status: Awarded The crux of the above is that the Application Source part gives a clear indication that a phone call was made to TCO and the award was re-issued. So if you cannot remember the dates you called them this should help tidy that up. I may be stating what some of you know already, but these dates are very useful when trying to prove you contacted them, especially when they fail to supply the screen shots for the disputed years.

Good spotting may I say. But I will tell you I have seen these same print outs, which all have different application recieved dates and different sources listed, which have all been processed on the same day. Also if HMRC processing staff are processing worklists, which are created from calls and letters sent in by claimants, they may state the source as 'phone' but have never actually made a call.
Keep up what you are doing it will unearth
