hmrc are granted powers that are not 'normal rule of law' of course this is for reasons and the worst kind, political reasons.
Nu Labour do not abide with reason unless it suits. Granting hmrc new powers is politically motivated. In effect they make hmrc responsible for any 'defaults' on any matters tax related matters whatsoever. So even if the **** does hit the fan, nu labour will blame hmrc.
When any unjustice comes to hand, nu labour will blame hmrc for any 'faults' in the system. Gordon Brown is off the hook Scott free...not my fault syndrome.
I can imagine how they swerve it in government. Nu labour are proven corrupt many times. Yet no one has the balls to say so. The tories are worst than useless, the libs sit on the fence as always. The political system in this country is an absolute disgrace. They are all on the apple cart, for their own gain.
Strong language? think for a while, an mp can claim 10k for taxis (without receipts, with no evidence needed) yet hmrc can take you to court on their say so for paying you 2k too much, even if it was their fault, and you told them? Is that right and just?
MP's should be brought to task, they are on the whole all on the gravy train, yet no one seems to be bothered. |
