Hi can some please help me or advice me in what to do, Im already stressed and mentally not well. I owe 5000 due to overpayed tax credit. I have a learning difficuites and I find it difficities in maths and firgures.
Today I rcvd my annual delecartion and it states that I work 38 hours , but I worked it out with help of my boss and she said I work 35 hours if I inform them would I have to pay them more money than there is Im having nightmares in paying them £5000 already. And I also gave them the wrong tax years esitmate. I have appealed and tax office said that because I told them the changes in my circstamnces I have no case and I have to pay them back. And they have bullied me into paying them £50.00 a months.
please help xxxx
