Hi
Please can someone help me.received working tax credit letter and my bank details are written incorrect. i called them to tell. but this is were the problem started.i had to confirm wrong details.but i cant. in tax credit letter does not tell all account number.
i wrote letter to them.nothing helps.went to my bank,there can do anything without full account number.so tax credit payments at the moment are going not to my account and there are not doing anything about it. i was told i wont get my money back.this is happening for more than 4 weeks.
please can anyone help me!
