For most of the financial year I was unemployed, but in January got a job which, in 2 and 1/2 months, paid enough to take combined earnings over threshold for that financial year. Therefore all previous payments were deemed as overpayments - is there any way around this - seems very harsh to be penalised for actually starting work!
Only worked part of year?
