Soz folks not been on much in the last year, got sent for medical on 17 11 08 and got zero points on it, letter got here 23 12 08, nice Chrimby pressy.

Been a bit preoccupied with this.

Told by CAB everyone on medicals was being knocked back, advisd by them if I could, not to claim Job Seekers as every time I signed I was saying I was fit for work.

Well eventually I had a tribunal, October 2009, Judge and Doctor to make the decision. Nobody there fom the Benefits side.

After 15 min of questions I was sent to a waiting room for them to make a decision.

2 min later I was called back in, I have never been so ashamed in my life, It was held in a magistrates court. Never been in the dock for anything in my life, even the security guard at the entrance was worried, he got a guard to sit me down. I was a wreck I admit.

Judge said " you have won" at which point I grabbed a chair back to stop me falling. My wife who accopanied me filled in the gaps later.

I had got max points from the tribunal doc and it was to be backdated, I never even got to put my side, they adjourned it immidiately after the doc nodded to the judge and stopped asking me questions.

Happy days you think, not,,,, I had ten months of grief, uncertainty, ultimate pressure at the tribunal, seriously I considered suicide at this point, my wife is now an orthopaedic surgeon and tax wise she is better off without me.

I drag her down with my baggage Ok I have my claim reinstated, I got my back pay if you can call it pay. Financially she is so much better without me.

Hi Crisp

I've often wondered where you were, and am very sorry to hear of your troubles.

I'm very pleased that you've won another battle, and hope that things become at least a bit more bearable for you.

Welcome back my Friend!!

"The best way to take control over a people and control them utterly is to take a little of their freedom at a time, to erode rights by a thousand tiny and almost imperceptible reductions.

In this way the people will not see those rights and freedoms being removed until past the point at which these changes cannot be reversed."
