With kind regards to all you out there, i have just recived my judgment from the adudicator in London. yes you guessed right not in my favour aparently I still owe £5250 which was reduced from £9000 due to them not keeping there records up to date.
Why, she as made her decision based on information given by the TCO and not my documentation its anyones guess.
At this point i will be asking my MP to take the matter to the Palimentry Ombudsman.
Why, because she as made her decision based not having the full facts and information which it seems the TCO conveniently dont want her to know about, stateing that they know nothing about a TC607 statement of account being issued.
But we have two cpoies Ha Ha
We had two of these sent, one to me and one to my wife.
Looking on the tinternet at what they should have done, is send a copy to us but also file one copy and click option 1 on the system no further action.
Yes thats right they dont know nothing about it.
The TC607 was sent by Richard Summersgill the director at the time and it clearly states that we owe nothing for that tax year or for any previous tax years.
How convenient this is for the TCO to be so ignorant.
Could this be clased as perjury or attempting to pervert the course of justic?
Ill let you make your own mind up on that.
Ill keep you up dated.

It will be worth knowing what you do about it. I also have TC607 with the correct information which TCO seem to be denying and blaming me for every thing.
