Hi again all,
Update to our saga. Just had a letter from TCO.
"I am now happy to tell you that overpayment will be remitted, this means you will not need to repay this overpayment".
This after 3 contested decisions letters - I think I'll apply for a job at TCO!
Thanks splashin for your last post on my topic I was ready to pack it in - an thanks to you all at TCC who advised and encouraged - I was ready to give up - my advice to others is DON'T!

Very well done!!
I'm delighted - as I'm sure all the other lads & lasses are - that you've finally won and can now look forward to starting a New Year without the continuing nightmare of Tax Credits to blight it.
Don't forget that we're still here and please keep dropping in from time to time to lend a bit of support to those in despair, and please keep letting folk know about us whenever you can.

Hi Brian! Well done for winning through. Good to see that there have been three people recently posting their success stories here, and you can be sure that for every post there are many behind the scenes who have also won through but have not posted. We're keeping a bit of a tally of the sums involved - based of course on members we know about rather than private onlookers about whom we don't know - so I don't know if you could drop me a quick line to let me know? (ali@taxcc.org - and to all the spammers out there, NO I don't want any Viagra and I am not sending you money so that I can reclaim the inheritance of my late second cousin twice removed who was Crown Prince of Nigeria, nor am I about to tell Barcloys, Not West Bank, or Bank of Princess Suzie my account and visa numbers on any pretext, so GO AWAY!!!)
I hope you can, as Alan says, stick with us on this Forum to help, support and natter with the rest of us here? We're working on ways in which our regular members can be more actively involved, and we can finally win this campaign, so please stick around and be part of that!
