Any juicy quotes from your Labour MP, either promising something around tax credits which wasn't delivered, pretending all is okay, or criticising the system?
I just need proof it was said, eg. the quote and the internet link, or if you want to copy me a part of the letter etc, contact me at ali@taxcc.org
This stuff is all good ammo!
Thanks folks!

My now ex-MP Dave Anderson asked many questions on my behalf and I have many letters in respose from Kennedy & Co.
It never made any difference what question I asked, all the letters were the same!!
I'd be happy to dig them out, parcel them up & post them to you. You never know, one day you may need some extra toilet paper.

Lol, Alan, I now realise that request was madness!
Local postmen (postwomen etc) will all end up with hernias or the female equivalent from lugging the endless papers to the door. And I risk being overwhelmed with wheelbarrowfuls of paper. Let's forget that!
It's just that when searching for info on who their MP is and how to contact them, people often stumble on the Mp's own website, where as search for 'tax credits' can sometimes reveal some interesting stuff.
Those 'long in the tooth' like me can remember, for instance, how Frank Field compared using tax credits to combat poverty to doing keyhole surgery with a hacksaw.
Got a nice selection now of juicy quotes from the niaive, the sneaky and the more socially aware Labour MPs, but that isn't to say I couldn't use a few more.
Does your MP maintain tax credits are safe, just and reliable? Is (s)he embarrassed by them, critical of them, etc?
For anyone with the time and inclination, if you vaguely remember a juicy quote from your MP, and are willing to track it down, or to have a little on line using you MP's name and 'tax credits', then I would be grateful for any gems found.
To promise one thing and deliver another is unforgiveable.
Don't worry - I don't want a copy of every tax credit letter your MP, Primarolo etc. has sent you!
Just an idea.
