Got a letter from TCO on Friday in answer to the complaint I sent off about being in dispute and also the fact that the letters I sent to J Gibney in April have yet to be answered. It was short and sweet. "Thank you for contacting us, we hope to reply to your letter by 16th September"!!!!
Still waiting for my info on disc, re: calls made...nearly 4 weeks since paper info arrived!
Apologies for not having checked forum for a while, but really busy at work and home and I am not going to let TCO dictate my life! Sorry ranting again!!
Its time to send more complaints.and send letters to your MP.concerning non answering of your complaints,sent in April. and the lateness off your sarn request... keep complaining as alan says..
