Hi

Firstly would like to say what a great site

My question please..... I have received a few days ago a letter to advise that an enquiry is taking place on my 2007/2008 award. They did not ask for information and despite several phone calls I have been unable to find a reason for the enquiry. I have a bad feeling I will be hit with overpayment

I have always provided updates on a regular basis but during this period I have a breakdown and I am worried incase I have done something wrong.

Could anyone advise what this could mean please? My finances are very poor and overpayment or reduced TC payments is very worrying to me

Thanks

How long does it usually take them to complete the enquiry and what is the general outcome?

Also the attached link shows that they asked for info but havent asked me for anything?
