Hi all,
This organisation has been helping me fight my tax credit overpayment argument for the last 2 years...and I thought I had won. I haven't heard a thing since last June, after my 3rd appeal!!!
And then today , the shocker.
A notice to pay has been sent to me.
Albeit 700 less than what they originally quoted ..but still.
Can anyone help me with what should be my next step?
One thing I notice reading your posts, even though I have been sent all my data, I have not received a disc of my telephone calls, should that be my next step ?
Thanks in advance Gem x

Hi Gem.

>>I have not received a disc of my telephone calls, should that be my next step ?<<

If you have not received this I would argue that you have not been sent ALL of your data and until you have received ALL of your data the matter is still at the dispute stage!

HMRC SHOULD have sent you EVERYTHING and if they havent then you have cause to COMPLAIN to the Data Commissioner.

I would also get your MP involved, and seriously think about getting the press on the case.
