Still no write-off? Please write to your MP asking for the slate to be wiped clean and a safer, fairer system created. With administrative/recovery costs soaring, overpayments crippling us, the economy in freefall, child poverty a huge problem, and HMRC unable to deal with mountains of post, inadequate systems, staff cutbacks, office closures and long, long delays on changing people's details, not only is a write-off fair and just, but it will help the system itself to concentrate on delivering a better service and save everyone pain and expense.
Trinity: No one has ever done anything like this.
