I have received all of my data in the post today. I have noticed a few discrepancies zeroing of income and also a screen shot from tax credit employee stating that there was a computer error.
What do I do now? Do I write to the tax credit office highlighting the issues or do I wait for them to reply to my dispute. Any help would be appreciated.

I would await for Tax Credits to respond to your dispute before detailing any further faults to them. But this is now your time to gather as much of this evidence from your SAR documents ready for the next stage. I suppose you have looked through you SAR a few times now. Try to keep in its original order, makes it much easier in the long run. A good tip would be to number each page. I know right know it may seem a load of useless paper, but if your spend your time well whilst awaiting HMRC's response to your dispute, going through it, you will unearth more faults which raise questions.

Good Luck
Any questions just ask!!
