Hiya Hunnyb.

The first thing to do is to go to our main website and follow the Dispute Steps. You'll find them here:http://www.taxcc.org/Dispute_1st_things_1st.html.

Although you've said what is happening at the moment, there doesn't seem to be anything about how the overpayment happened. If you can give us as much information as possible, then we'll be able to give you decent advice.

Others will be along soon to help - so the more you can tell us, the better.

Best of luck!
