Nick Clegg, Lib Dem Leader, has certainly taken on board the level of discontent with the tax credit system and is actively now doing something about it, making a fixed system of awards (where things can alter even quite significantly within that period and not rain down a massive overpayment on that person's head) and an independent review of all disputes by right a part of Lib Dem policy. Makes you more inclined to vote for them, doesn't it? Wonder if or when the other parties will cotton on?
